DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped same day provided that orders are placed before 2 PM EST. Tracking number will be sent to your email address or contact number provided.
Orders will be sent to the buyer’s address unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and will not be able to issue any refund for such items. Please Refer to the Mail carrier with your tracking information for more assistant on locating your product(s).

International shipping order estimated delivery time 7-14 days depending on customs.We are not responsible for any fee's due upon arrival to your country. Once tracking is posted delivered our responsibility for your package becomes fulfilled. Please contact your local post office to locate your package. Erase It Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We offer replacements for damage products upon customer providing pictures within 7 days of receiving products.
